Brewing cider at home is affordable, simple as well as convenient. Pour a litre of the apple juice into the demijohn and also include blended sugar in warm water (around 250ml). The actual pectic enzyme and yeast can be added next. After a day put another litre of apple juice and do this once again on the third and 4th day. This may supply the cider better taste rather than including the whole volume of juice on day 1 alone.
